Frosty Morn Campaign: Bridging Generations and Winning Recognition

The Frosty Morn Campaign was a strategic initiative I spearheaded for the City of Clarksville to bolster community engagement, specifically targeting the digitally savvy Gen X and Millennial demographics. Designed to enhance participation in the "Rebuilding for All!" town hall and elevate awareness of the Frosty Morn building project, this campaign set ambitious goals to increase community feedback by 50%. Through a mix of education, social media engagement, and brand affinity building, we not only met our objectives but also significantly connected with a younger audience on their preferred digital platforms. This innovative campaign earned second place in the Event-Community Engagement Forum at the National Association of Government Communicators, showcasing our team's ability to craft impactful communication strategies that resonate across generations.

With a modest budget allocated for the campaign, we demonstrated exceptional resourcefulness and strategic ingenuity not only to meet but surpass our targeted goals. Engaging the Gen X and Millennial demographics effectively, we increased community awareness and participation significantly, all while maintaining fiscal responsibility and including the campaign with $100 remaining. This achievement underscored the Communications Department’s capability to deliver substantial outcomes through efficient budget management and creative planning.
